Seven months ago, we shared some exciting news. The software we created as, RecruitSuite, had been acquired by Teamworks.

This development shook us to our core. A product we built made such an impact that it was purchased by the global leader in sports tech and the premiere athlete engagement platform, a company at the top of its field. As you can probably imagine, this was a pretty big deal.

It was also a significant turning point for us.

Teamworks has continued to make moves since then, having raised $65 MILLION in Series E funding and making FIVE more groundbreaking acquisitions. We are honored to be a chapter in their success story, but that doesn’t mean that we’ve been sitting on our laurels. Quite the opposite in fact, as the Stacked Sports team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes on exciting new things.

As Stacked Sports, we reached the peak of our target market. So rather than go back to what we know, we have shifted our focus to developing innovative products for a broader market in unexplored territory for us. It’s been challenging, exciting, and a little stressful, but it’s also been completely worth the effort.

Today, we are thrilled to share with you our new direction and all of the progress that has been made on this new journey.

In the seven months since the acquisition, we have collaborated with a diverse group of fifteen customers in order to achieve product-market fit in areas that are completely new to us. These areas include university advancement offices, non-profit organizations, college athletic apartments, event ticket sales, and small businesses.

What is our goal for these new frontiers?

We want to serve these organizations, departments, and business people even better than we served our market as Stacked Sports. We want to develop a product that will enable them to build stronger, deeper relationships with their donors, members, alumni, customers, and attendees. We want to revolutionize communication and make it faster, more efficient, and more enriching.

After seven months of work, we’ve made those “wants” a reality.

As part of that journey, we’ve adopted a new identity. Drawing on the experience we have from serving high-profile college coaches and recruiting offices as Stacked Sports, we have evolved our skills and toolset to organize, engage, and inform audiences as Stakd.co.

Make no mistake, Stakd.co is more than just a tool. It’s an all-in-one solution that has been designed from the ground up to boost engagement, amplify satisfaction, and enhance goal achievement. It’s a centralized platform that integrates multiple communication channels including text messaging, social media direct messaging, iMessage, email, push notifications, and web chat.

Simply put: wherever your customers are, we’re there too.

To add to that, we have also incorporated data integrations with industry-leading Point-of-Sale systems and CRMs such as Salesforce and Blackbaud into Stakd.co. With this functionality, organizations are empowered to leverage their customers’ data for more personalized communication that can be better targeted and segmented.

Now, here’s where things get even more interesting.

AI might just be a hot buzzword for some, but it’s one of the pillars we built Stakd.co on, and we’re extremely excited about it. Building upon the success we had with RecruitSuite, we’re integrating AI capabilities into our offerings at Stakd.co not to replace jobs, but rather to enhance them. With AI, we can do so much to reinforce the abilities of the professionals in our target markets.

Just imagine a system that harnesses the power of AI to simplify and speed up donor engagement or customer communication. With a simple voice command, endless lists of contacts could be filtered, and messages could be personalized down to graphics and videos that are specific to the person who will receive them. These tasks, ones that could have taken hours, would be possible in mere minutes, unlocking so much more time to focus on core business activities and relationship building. The time they would have spent completing simple but time-consuming tasks can now be utilized to focus on ones that require an unmistakable human touch.

This is the future we envisioned all those months ago, and this is what we are delivering as Stakd.co. What we have made is not just a product, it’s a tool that will redefine roles, foster creativity, and increase efficiency.
